Where the pressure hit and how I cracked the code
It’s creators with large platforms posting misleading, half-researched algorithm updates.
It’s 24/7 breakdowns of “how many times I posted before I blew up.”
It’s guilt-shaming, “you just gotta show up every day and post a 7-second video” energy.
It’s content designed to trigger your inadequacy so they can sell you a fix.
And I’m sorry, but I don’t give a damn what sound TikTok chose for you.
You diluted the frequency, sis.
You fed the machine and called it mastery.
Please Don’t Make Creativity A KPI…
Because what we’re seeing isn’t strategy.
It’s mimicry.
And what’s at stake isn’t visibility —
It’s the sacredness of our creative expression.
The very thing we use to heal, to connect, to translate the divine and chaotic into something real and resonant—
Has been hijacked.
Now it’s a tool for performance.
A mirror for metrics.
