The news last night?
Not a shock.
A heartbreak, yes.
But not a surprise.
Many were still holding out hope — for decency, for intelligence, for the illusion of care from whatever political puppets still remain. But that hope, as fragile as ever, wasn’t enough to shield us.
And so this is not a post about politics.
This is about you.
Your people. Your presence. Your part.
Because if you’re reading this, you already know:
We’ve entered a new chapter.
A collective event is unfolding — one that’s flooding our systems with fear, suppression, and energetic despair. But while the news may be grim, you are not powerless.
In fact, this is the moment you were being prepared for. The triggers, the healing, the ancestral work, the spiritual awakenings — it wasn’t just for you.
It was for this.

We’re not here to be spectators.
We’re here to build new worlds, not wait for crumbling ones to save us.
So take care of yourself.
Take care of your people.
Get in community.
Turn your outrage into organization.

I feel you.
But that mindset? That survival state?
It’s exactly how they keep power.
We’ve been surviving long enough.
Now we rebuild.

This will likely be my last post in this tone — because I’m shifting into embodiment now. Into action. Into sharing my systems, music, joy, and events that will help us process and dance it out.
Because if war is the soundtrack of oppression, then music is our most potent counter-spell.
