The Frequency of You
Track 001: Designing Your Life Playlist
Becoming the Main Character of Your Day
Life is a lot like a playlist.
Some days it flows perfectly, every track hitting just right; other days, it skips beats, leaving you out of sync.
But here’s the thing: we don’t have to let our rhythm be random.
We can intentionally craft the soundtrack of our lives—choosing the moments, rituals, and habits that make us feel alive, expansive, and like the main character of our own story.
That’s what this series, The Frequency of You, is all about: making a commitment to raise your vibration, sharing the highs, lows, and all the little discoveries in between.
I’ll be diving into my own rituals, findings, and small but impactful practices, and I invite you to join me on this journey.
Together, let’s explore what it means to tune into your unique rhythm, connect with your creativity, and expand what’s possible in your life.
Because when you start listening—to your body, your mind, and the world around you—you realize life has been playing your song all along.
The Magic of Morning Frequencies
I wasn’t always a morning person.
When I first picked up The 5AM Club, the idea of waking up before the sun seemed…unnecessary?
Why would anyone choose to get up so early? (mind you, I went to bed at 9pm lol)
But after giving it a shot, I felt the shift. Like immediately.
My early mornings became my sacred time—untouched by notifications, demands, or distractions. They became my blank canvas, where I could paint the energy of my day however I wanted.
Here’s what my mornings typically look like:
The Morning Sun: During my breathwork practice, I let the sunlight hit my face—it feels like a warm embrace from life, inviting me to step into the day with intention.
Grounded Movement: Whether it’s preparing celery juice, dancing as I get ready, or tidying up, using my hands to create or organize grounds me. It clears my mind, circulates energy through my body, and allows me to start the day with lightness instead of urgency or anxiousness.
Skincare with Love: Deep breaths, a little massage, and applying moisturizer—each step feels like saying to myself, “I’ve got you.”
Dancing While Brushing My Teeth: Silly? Absolutely. Necessary? Without a doubt. Eyes closed, music playing, fully immersed in the moment—it’s pure, embodied joy.
These rituals aren’t just habits—they’re my foundation. They set the tone for my day, reminding me to slow down, breathe, and create a rhythm that feels aligned with who I am.
Life as Your Stage
Every day, you step into a role: the lead in your story, the director of your choices, and the audience of your own experience.
Life is your stage, so why not show up fully?
When you curate your frequency, you start seeing the world differently.
That morning sunlight isn’t just light—it’s your spotlight.
Those intentional, daily rituals—become the choreography of your day.
Living life as your stage doesn’t mean it’s free of chaos. But it does mean you can embrace the pauses, the transitions, and even the messy moments as part of the show.
It’s about showing up authentically, feeling the expansiveness of life, and allowing yourself to be seen.
What’s on Your Frequency Playlist?
This series isn’t about adopting someone else’s morning routine or favorite playlist—it’s about discovering what makes you feel expansive, radiant, and fully you.
Ask yourself:
What makes you feel like the main character in your day?
When do you feel most aligned, most alive, most like yourself?
For me, it’s the sunlight on my face, the sound of my favorite song, and the quiet joy of making something with my hands. For you, it might be the first sip of coffee, a morning walk, or a song that makes you want to dance.
Now it’s your turn.
Here’s the challenge: create your own playlist—the habits and moments that raise your frequency, make you smile, and bring you back to yourself.

Let’s exchange songs, rituals, and energy.
Who knows? Your playlist might inspire someone else to tune into their own rhythm.
Because life is better when we listen to each other’s soundtrack.
Let’s build something beautiful together. 🎶✨
til’ next time,
