What the Womb Teaches Us
The Feminine Path to Innovation & Change
pink FACTS: The Power of the Womb
For centuries, the womb has been both the most protected and most feared space in the world—cherished by women who understand its sacred power and feared by men who’ve attempted to govern, police, and shame it.
This isn’t a post about hating men (well, some of them maybe) but rather a critique of the masculine-driven systems that have tried to control the essence of creation itself.
While these systems have been rooted in productivity and logic, look where that has led us…
Exhausted ecosystems
Frayed connections
And an imbalance so severe that even nature is rebelling.
And yet, the womb—the ultimate blueprint for creation—remains untouchable in its power.
It’s where life begins.
Where ideas are nurtured into reality.
It’s a power that no legislation, control, or domination can replicate.
with that…..Alexa, play “Wild Thoughts” by Rihanna.
Men, take notes.
The Wild Woman: Archetype of Transformation
The Wild Woman archetype represents this untamed, intuitive force within us all.
She’s connected to nature, rooted in cycles, and unafraid to dance with destruction to make way for renewal. Think Joan of Arc—a young woman who defied societal logic, listened to her divine guidance, and sparked a revolution.
The Wild Woman doesn’t merely adapt to change—she creates it.
She sees cracks in the system not as flaws but as opportunities, as spaces to plant seeds of transformation. She thrives in the unknown, dancing with chaos and letting it fuel her vision.
Unlike the masculine obsession with linear progress and control, the feminine thrives in:
Cycles.
The ebb and flow.
The understanding that creation requires rest, destruction, and rebirth.
The Wild Woman teaches us that true innovation isn’t about domination—it’s about collaboration, intuition, and deep listening.
The Sacral Chakra: Power, Creativity, and Choice
Located ~1-2 inches below the belly button, the sacral chakra is the energetic source of creativity, power, and choice.
It governs our relationship with our bodies, pleasure, self-confidence, and emotional flow.
When this energy is blocked—by societal shame, trauma, or disconnection—it manifests as imbalance: menstrual pain, creative blocks, or diminished self-worth.
But when we reconnect with the sacral chakra, we ignite our inner flame and radiance.
This is the space where ideas are nurtured, where intuition flows, and where we align with our inner radiance.
And it reminds us that creation isn’t a race—it’s a process.
Menstrual Cycles: Rhythms of Wisdom
Menstrual cycles, often dismissed as inconvenient or shameful, hold profound wisdom.
They mirror nature’s rhythms—growth, rest, release—and guide us through life with this cyclical wisdom.
When women tune into this rhythm, they tap into a power that rigid productivity metrics and logic can never replicate.
Our cycles remind us of the strength in slowing down, listening to our bodies, and embracing natural ebb and flow.
The Womb: The Real Blueprint for Innovation & Invention
Society loves the word “innovation”.
But newsflash: the last time we saw “real” invention or innovation was during the Industrial Revolution, when machines replaced human labor.
And who was the face of that era?
Rosie the Riveter. (yes, WWII came later, but you get the point.)
Rosie wasn’t just a symbol of strength—she was a Band-Aid for a system run by men.
While they fought wars, women kept the world running, often doing the job better, only to be sidelined when the war was over.
And now, decades later, here’s their gratitude:
Governing our bodies? Check.
Shaming us for how much or how little we wear, eat, buy, or share? You betcha.
Purchasing podcast mics to project their insecurities? If I hear another bald-headed, knockoff Willy Wonka-looking, butch-built….okay let me stop.
Calling us crazy, emotional, irrational? While we’re right 99% of the time. Cool.
But true innovation? That’s where the feminine shines.
The Feminine Path to Innovation
True innovation requires:
Patience to let ideas grow at their own pace.
Intuition to trust in the unknown.
Collaboration to create in connection, not isolation.
The womb teaches us all of this (will share more on this in later posts!)
It’s the space of gestation and transformation—a blueprint for life and innovation.
Creation isn’t linear; it’s a spiral, a dance of intuition, rest, and action.
The Cost of Ignoring the Feminine
For centuries, systems rooted in masculine values—productivity, control, rigid logic—have suppressed the feminine.
And now the cracks are showing:
Burnout from endless demands for output.
Environmental destruction from exploitation without regeneration.
Division driven by competition and isolation.
And from those cracks, we can rebuild a world that reflects the rhythms of life itself.
The Way Forward: Reclaiming Feminine Power
This isn’t just about women—it’s about embracing the feminine within all of us…even men.
It’s about recognizing that the path forward requires balance, connection, and collaboration.
It’s about stepping into the wisdom of the Wild Woman and reclaiming our power.
True innovation happens when we:
Honor intuition over rigid logic.
Value rest as much as action.
Build communities rooted in empathy and collaboration.
Trust the natural rhythms of life instead of resisting them.
This is how we reclaim our wombs—not just as physical spaces but as metaphors for how we move through the world.
This Is It.
Rosie the Riveter symbolized a moment when women stepped up to sustain the world.
But this time, we’re not just sustaining—we’re rebuilding.
So let’s honor the wisdom of the womb, the energy of the sacral chakra, and the power of the Wild Woman.
Because the future doesn’t belong to those who try to control it—it belongs to those who dare to create it.
Let’s rise, reclaim, and build a world that honors the feminine in all its power and wisdom.
This is our time.
‘til next time,
